
You may cancel an order or request for an exchange if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Hotgift members can sign in to their account to cancel an order as long as the order status is "received".
For orders that have been shipped, please visit our returns/exchange
section for more information.
Hotgift Members:
To cancel an order placed online,
sign
in to your account and select the "order history" tab. Choose the order you wish to cancel and click on then "cancel now" link to cancel the order.
Non-registered Customers or Mail/Fax Orders:
Please email us your order cancellation request to
clientservices@hotgift.com. Please remember to provide your order ID and your name. If it is a partial
order cancellation, please state the product ID and quantity you would like to cancel.
